Brighte is seeking a Senior Collections & Claims Specialist to manage arrears, claims and disputes across a diverse portfolio. You will investigate drivers of non-payment, assess responsibility and negotiate sustainable resolutions with customers and vendors.

In this hybrid Sydney role, you’ll work with cross‑functional teams to mitigate credit loss while supporting hardship processes and compliant collections practices.
