Capability HR is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a growing construction organisation in Mascot, Sydney. This is an in office, six-month fixed-term role with immediate start.

The role involves end-to-end recruitment across trades, site supervisors and operational hires, coordinating interviews, and engaging with hiring managers. It is a hands-on, coordination-heavy delivery role with potential for basic HR crossover.
