Firmus Technologies is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel: Capital Markets & Corporate Development to support financing, capital raising and corporate development activities. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role advises executive leadership on complex legal and commercial matters to drive growth.

You will lead legal support for debt and equity financing, corporate transactions, strategic partnerships and investment initiatives in a quick-paced, technology-driven environment.
