Avant Mutual Group is seeking a seasoned Change & Communications Specialist to support a major Enterprise GRC transformation. This hands-on role spans change management, communications, learning and content design to help employees adopt recent processes and tools.

You will craft messages, FAQs, leader packs and intranet content; translate complex changes into clear guidance; and collaborate with project teams and SMEs to ensure successful adoption and access to materials.
