Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety is seeking a Group Manager, Merchandising to shape the merchandising strategy for Hard Yakka, KingGee and NNT in Victoria. You will lead brand management, product planning and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and commercial performance.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will build high‑performing teams and translate strategic vision into execution across pricing, lifecycle management, stock optimisation and go-to-market activities.
