We're looking for an experienced Client Service Officer to join our growing team in West Perth. Working closely with our financial advisers and support team, you'll play a key role in helping clients navigate important financial decisions while ensuring a seamless and professional advice experience.

This is more than an administration role. You'll be an important part of the client journey, helping implement advice strategies, solve problems, build strong relationships and support clients through some of life's biggest financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

- Manage client communications and ongoing service requests.
- Prepare and process new business applications.




- Assist with the implementation of financial advice recommendations.
- Liaise with product providers, investment platforms, superannuation funds and insurers.
- Prepare review documentation and client meeting packs.
- Maintain accurate client records, workflows and compliance documentation.
- Support advisers in delivering exceptional client outcomes and experiences.

About you

You will thrive in this role if you:

- Have previous experience as a Client Service Officer, Practice Administrator or Paraplanning Support Officer within a financial planning practice.
- Have a strong understanding of financial planning processes and advice implementation.
- Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
