Loyal Property City is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Agent to join our dynamic team in Sydney NSW 2000. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in residential leasing and property management. As an Assistant Agent, you will support our experienced agents in delivering outstanding service to our clients whilst developing your expertise in the residential property market. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth client interactions, efficient property management, and the growth of our business in one of Australia's most competitive property markets.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting qualified agents with property viewings, open homes, and tenant inspections
- Preparing and maintaining property documentation, lease agreements, and tenant files
- Responding to client enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and knowledge
- Conducting routine property inspections and documenting findings
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors and service providers
- Processing rent collection and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting marketing initiatives including property listings, social media content, and promotional activities
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, landlords, and real estate professionals
- Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, database management, and scheduling
- Contributing to team targets and objectives whilst adhering to company policies and industry standards

What we're looking for

- A keen interest in real estate and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and deadlines




- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office; experience with property management software 'Propertyme' is advantageous
- A professional appearance and demeanour, with the ability to represent the brand with integrity
- Full-time availability and flexible working hours
- A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable access to transport
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Preferred: Previous experience in property management or a customer service-focused role but not essential
