FB Rice is seeking a Patent Assistant to join our Chemistry team in Melbourne for a full time ongoing role. You will handle complex administration, work with IP Australia and NZ IP Offices databases, and support attorneys with filing, invoicing and calendar management.

The ideal candidate has IP firm experience of 3+ years, excellent communication, strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
