Norton Rose Fulbright Australia is seeking an IT Service Transition Manager to lead service transition for the EMEAPAC region on a 12-month contract based in Melbourne or Sydney. You will oversee transition activities including service design, onboarding, Early Life Support and decommissioning to ensure reliable operations and excellent client service.

Ideal candidates will have ITIL qualifications with practical ITIL 4 knowledge, plus experience in large organisations, ServiceNow, and risk-aware
