ALDI Australia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales and inspire a high-performing team. As part of the leadership team, you will support rostering, reporting, coaching, stock management and merchandising while upholding safety, presentation and customer service standards.

This full-time role includes five weeks of annual leave, leadership training and transparent progression within our Australian network, with a supportive team environment.
