We currently have an chance for an experienced Claims consultant to join our growing Strata team.

DIB is well respected in the Strata/Body corporate insurance sector, and one of Queensland's largest family owned and independently run firms. We are members of Steadfast, NIBA, CQIB and SCA (QLD), which is the industry strata body.

Our strata team includes broking, support and claims areas, so we need someone that thrives in a group environment and enjoys a fast paced office.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years claims experience in the Property sector, preferably strata. However, Home/Landlords experience would also be considered.

As a Claims Consultant you will work within the Claims Team focusing on end‑to‑end claims management, driving outstanding customer experience and delivering quality claims service to our clients.

The role itself is managing a portfolio of Residential and Commercial strata policies. This will include:





- Manage a portfolio of strata claims within agreed timeframes
- Liaising with Insurers, owners, committees and strata managers to handle all claims queries.
- Liaising with Loss Adjusters, Repairers such as Builders, Plumbers or/any other parties connecting to any claim.
- Assist with overflow of claims matters with other claims team members, when required.
- Working with our Broking/support team providing insight and guidance regarding your Portfolio of claims.

Our office is centrally located at Bowen Hills close to paid parking and train stations.

We prefer all team members to be working from the office however, we do offer one day work from home after probation period.
