Festival of Voices in Hobart seeks a partnerships and development skilled in a newly created, part-time role (0.6 FTE). The position is a two-year initial term with flexible/hybrid arrangements and a salary of $58,000–$65,000 plus superannuation, depending on skills and experience.

You will lead grants, sponsorships, donor management and growth opportunities, shaping how this function evolves. You’ll collaborate with the CEO, Marketing Manager, Artistic Director and team to build
