Role: Marketing & Communications Officer
Hourly Rate: $53 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until 26/02/27
Location: St Leonards/WFH Flex

We're looking for a switched on Marketing & Communications Officer to join a NSW Government organisation, delivering engaging content, digital campaigns and strategic communications initiatives.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored communications, manage digital content and support marketing activities that drive engagement and strengthen organisational visibility.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Develop engaging written, digital and promotional content across multiple channels.

- Plan and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns.

- Partner with stakeholders to provide practical communications advice.

- Manage digital and social media initiatives to grow audience engagement.





- Analyse campaign performance and web analytics to improve outcomes.

- Support broader communications projects, events and staff capability initiatives.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in marketing and communications, with strong writing and editing skills.

- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging digital marketing campaigns.

- Experience working across owned, earned and paid media channels.

- Robust stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Excellent content creation skills across digital, social and traditional channels.

- Experience in the public sector or healthcare would be advantageous, but is not essential.
