MyIntegra, part of the APM Group, seeks an NDIS Support Coordinator based in Hobart. The role is remote with some participant visitation across Tasmania. You will coordinate supports, manage admin, and build networks with disability bodies.

Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, presenting to LACs and providers, and promoting MyIntegra services. A compassionate, organized communicator with field experience is ideal.
