Tradewind Australia is seeking a motivated Education Support Worker to assist students with additional learning needs in a Special Development School. You will support learning activities, help create protected spaces, and provide personal care as needed, partnering with teachers to enable participation and growth.

The role requires Certificates III in Disability or Education Support, at least 1 year supporting high-needs disabilities, and experience with school-aged children.
