Butler Market Gardens is seeking a permanent full time farm production assistant to support crop farming across our farm sites in Melbourne. You will help prepare soil, spray and fertilize, irrigate, and assist with crop assessments while identifying pests and diseases.

You will also maintain machinery and equipment and communicate effectively with other Production Team members to ensure smooth operations.
