Formitize is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our Customer Success Team at our Gregory Hills office in Australia. You will welcome recent clients, understand their challenges and guide them through a free tour of our software while answering initial questions to help them get started.

You will engage with clients from day one, deliver a warm welcome, and provide high levels of service to help them improve their business. Training will be provided.
