SA Health's Flinders Medical Centre invites experienced Clinical Nurses to join the Hospital In The Home (HITH) team within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network. You will deliver hospital-level care in patients' homes and communities across the Southern Adelaide area, bridging hospital and community services.
As part of the HITH team, you will manage caseloads, coordinate acute-level care, and work under the Nurse Unit Manager. A 7-day roster and robust clinical skills are required.
