Palliative Care SA in Eyre and Far North LHN is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to help people live independently and with dignity.

You will deliver personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, transport and social connection in homes or Residential Aged Care, guided by Consumer Directed Care and working with families to meet personal goals. This part time role offers 19 hours weekly on a 7-day roster with pro rata pay.
