We’re looking for a motivated and hands‑on Team Leader to join our grounds maintenance division. In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of high‑quality mowing, gardening and outdoor maintenance services across residential, commercial and body corporate sites. You’ll take pride in your work, uphold strong safety and quality standards, and guide your team to achieve consistent results.

What you’ll be doing

Overseeing day‑to‑day mowing, gardening and grounds maintenance across client properties

Carrying out pressure cleaning and general outdoor upkeep

Maintaining high-quality standards while working with autonomy

Ensuring all tools, equipment and work areas remain clean, organised and compliant

Leading by example with a strong focus on safety and professional conduct

What you bring

Proven leadership skills and the ability to guide a small team

Solid attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work

Certificate II or III in Horticulture

ChemCert certification

Construction Induction (White Card)
