FX Sales Associate (Mandarin Speaking)

You will have the opportunity to work in a leading Forex broker in Australia. Your duties include
- Finding and developing potential client leads
- Introducing recent clients and VIP customers to the platform
- Developing long-lasting relationships with clients
- Negotiating in order to create profitable account
- Engage key stakeholders with the intent of closing off new deals and building the client books
- Solving problems encountered by customers
- Being in charge of transaction decisions, opening and closing of deals,
running the deal until its completion
- Working positively towards KPIs
We are looking for
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Excellent negotiation abilities and interpersonal skills
- A sound understanding of functionality of an FX eCommerce trading system
- Willingness to work longer when required
- Effective communication skills
- A results-driven person who can work well under pressure in order to achieve monthly sales targets
- A bachelor degree with economics, finance or related majors is mandatory for this role.
