T2 Tea is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead a new generation store, featuring a Brew Bar for serving tea on the go and a solid focus on experiential retail that sells the sights, smells and touch of T2’s teas and teaware. You will manage day-to-day operations, rostering, merchandising, deliveries, stock and a culture that builds brand ambassadors.
The role drives exceptional service, achieves budgeted sales and wage targets, while upholding T2 policies, with Sundays and Mondays off.
