MyIntegra, part of the APM Group, seeks a Regional Support Coordinator to enable NDIS participants to access and coordinate supports. The role allows work from home with occasional participant visits, based in Perth, WA.

You will assess needs, coordinate services, and build relationships with disability bodies while presenting MyIntegra's offerings to Local Area Coordinators and providers. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
