Bupa is seeking a Wellbeing Carer for our Runaway Bay/Ballina area in NSW to enrich residents’ lives through engaging activities and compassionate support. You will help residents explore interests, assist with daily living, and contribute to a warm, inclusive home workplace.

You will work with the Lifestyle Coordinator to deliver meaningful programs while maintaining high hygiene standards and safety for all residents in a coastal aged care setting.
