Bayside Health is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide sophisticated and pragmatic legal services to Bayside Health and its staff, including contract analysis and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and education on a wide range of legal matters.

The role will support organisation-wide responses to clinical, operational and commercial issues with legal dimensions, and contribute to developing policies, guidelines and procedures across the health service.
