Knox City Council in Wantirna South is seeking a compassionate Short Term Support Assessment and Referral Officer to join our Social and Inclusive team in a part time permanent role.

As the first point of contact for residents seeking assistance, you will conduct initial needs assessments, connect people with community supports and explain referral pathways.

The position is 0.8 EFT, Band 5, with a salary range of $83,593.07 to $97,258.47 plus superannuation.
