You'll be the go-to person for our franchisees' systems. The role is based at our Kialla head office, with occasional travel to franchisees.

Key responsibilities

- Own and look after the system stack our franchisees use for estimating, job management and CRM
- Maintain estimating price files, templates and workflows, and update them when supplier pricing changes
- Make sure every franchisee can produce an accurate house price
- Set new franchisees up on the systems and train them and their staff
- Give franchisees first-line support, and pass the harder problems to our Senior IT Developer
- Test updates before they reach the network, and keep training guides and videos current

About you

- Working knowledge of residential construction estimating (essential)
- Experience administering and supporting business software such as estimating,



job management or CRM systems
- Solid Excel and data skills, and real attention to detail
- Patience and clear communication. You can explain a system to a builder without the jargon.
- Experience training users and writing simple user guides
- Experience supporting a franchise or multi-site business is a plus
