The role requires solid communication, the ability to work under pressure, and teamwork in a FIFO environment. Ideal candidates hold trade certifications, a current Australian Driver’s Licence, and necessary tickets such as High Risk Work, Height, Confined Space, and Gas Testing Atmospheres.
