Padua College on the Mornington Peninsula seeks an Assistant Head of Campus - Learning and Pedagogy to lead Years 10-12 curriculum, assessment and pathways. As a member of the Learning and Teaching Executive, you will shape instruction and student outcomes while aligning with the MACS vision and the College’s Educational Plan.
The role reports to the Head of Campus and focuses on instructional excellence, staff development, and a safe, high-performing learning setting for senior students.
