Burleigh Pavilion on the Gold Coast is seeking a Front of House Manager to oversee café and barista operations, rostering and guest service. You will work closely with the Venue Manager and Head Chef to ensure high standards of coffee quality, staff training and smooth FOH processes across busy service periods.

You will lead, coach and develop the FOH team, manage rosters, monitor labour costs and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards while delivering an exceptional guest
