Bridgit, a leading Australian fintech lender, seeks a Portfolio Support Officer to manage loan servicing across the tenure. You’ll nurture customer and broker relationships, address emerging issues, and ensure timely conclusions of loan processes from post-settlement to exit strategy.

You’ll also handle arrears with care, support customers in hardship, and ensure compliance with credit codes while maintaining accurate records in a rapid-moving fintech environment.
