AltX Financial Group is seeking an experienced Collections Analyst to join our Lending Operations team. This hands-on role covers collections, arrears monitoring, payments analysis and reporting.

You’ll spot emerging risks, resolve payment issues and provide practical insights that help reduce arrears while supporting fair customer outcomes. Solid Excel skills are essential; experience with loan servicing systems and Salesforce is a plus.
