Padre Coffee is seeking a Digital & eCommerce Specialist to bring campaigns and customer experiences to life across email, Shopify and our websites. You’ll work with three brands and help drive CRM activity, product launches and site optimisations.

You’ll contribute to lifecycle journeys, CRO testing and content adaptation for multiple audiences, while coordinating with marketing, design and agency partners. A adaptable hybrid/work-from-home setup is offered.
