Breakthru is recruiting a Career Coach to support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for meaningful careers. You’ll guide them through the job-readiness journey, helping them build confidence, develop skills and achieve their goals.

Working within a team-oriented team and with employers, you’ll coach from start of conversation to job application and interview prep, empowering clients to take control of their future and enter the workforce.
