The Prospect

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the planning, delivery and performance of our sales and marketing activities. This is a hands-on management role responsible for developing growth strategies, strengthening our market position, leading the sales and marketing function and turning customer and market insights into measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct the development and implementation of sales strategies for the company's solar, battery storage and EV charging solutions, set sales targets and KPIs, and drive revenue, repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Direct integrated marketing and promotional strategies across digital, referral, partnership and other channels to broaden market reach and promote the company's products and services to residential and commercial customers.
- Develop and oversee brand-positioning and communications strategies that reinforce the Aussie Solar Batteries brand,



increase customer demand and strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.
- Direct strategies to build and protect the company's image and reputation with customers, business partners, industry stakeholders and the wider public, ensuring clear and consistent public-facing communications.
- Direct market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities and guide product positioning, pricing, market selection and sales channels.
- Establish and control sales and marketing budgets, forecasts and performance dashboards, evaluate campaign returns, and report results and recommendations to senior management.
- Lead and coach sales and marketing staff, allocate responsibilities and KPIs, and coordinate with technical, installation, operations and customer service teams so promotions, delivery and after-sales service support the brand promise.

About You

- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Economics, Management, Marketing or Finance.
- At least three years of relevant experience in a sales and marketing managerial role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, battery storage or a related technical or home-services sector is highly regarded.
- Mandarin language skills are desirable, but are not essential.
