Shine Lawyers in Melbourne CBD is seeking a permanent Practice Support Lead and Senior Legal Assistant for the Public Liability team. You will lead a small support team, assist lawyers on Public Liability matters, and drive high-quality client service.

In this role you will coach staff, manage day-to-day file operations, prepare documents for conferences and hearings, and work closely with solicitors to support client matters.
