We're a leading supplier of bathroom and kitchen fixtures, stocking 30+ premium brands across tapware, sanitaryware and tiles. From our Milperra showroom we serve trade professionals and homeowners alike, and demand is growing. We're looking for a Showroom Consultant who can take a client's vision and turn it into a finished result they're genuinely excited about.

The Role

You'll be the face of Blue Leaf for every walk-in and appointment customer: understanding what they want to achieve, presenting our range with confidence, and shaping a cohesive look for their project. Then you'll make sure every order runs smoothly from first selection through to supplier fulfilment.

What You'll Do

- Welcome showroom visitors and understand their project scope, budget and style
- Guide Prime Cost (PC) selections for tiles and tapware, explaining options in plain language
- Turn mood boards and inspiration images into a coordinated palette of tiles, fixtures and finishes
- Build lasting client relationships in person, by phone and by email
- Work directly with suppliers on availability, lead times, ordering and issue resolution




- Process orders and keep product data accurate in Cin7
- Support our online store, including Shopify product listings
- Help grow showroom traffic and overall revenue

What We're Looking For

- Experience with PC items and tile selection, ideally in bathroom, kitchen, building or interior design
- A genuine eye for design: you can read a mood board and pull together a finished look
- Warm, explicit communication across every channel
- Confidence managing suppliers to keep orders on track
- Hands-on experience with Cin7 and Shopify (highly regarded)
- Self-driven and organised, comfortable owning the customer journey from first hello to final delivery

Hours:

Full-time, on-site in Milperra, NSW. Monday - Friday.
