OpenCorp in Victoria is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio and deliver a high-quality tenancy experience across administration, compliance and day-to-day communications.

You will manage leases, inspections, rent reviews and arrears, liaise with landlords and tenants, and keep accurate records using PropertyMe or similar systems. This hybrid role offers two office days per month, ongoing training and mentoring, and a supportive team culture.
