As Café Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our Torquay location, ensuring smooth operations, a well-supported team and consistently high standards.

Key responsibilities

General management of daily café operations.

Stock management, ordering and inventory control.

Staff training, supervision and ongoing development.

Leading by example and maintaining a positive team culture.

Ensuring exceptional customer service and coffee quality.

Maintaining high standards of food presentation, cleanliness and organisation.

Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service.

Working collaboratively with our wider management team.

About you

Strong barista skills and an appreciation for specialty coffee.

Confident leadership and excellent communication skills.

Highly organised, reliable and proactive.

Someone who takes initiative, accountability and pride in their workplace.
