The role focuses on incident resolution, troubleshooting across Windows, POS, and warehouse platforms, and maintaining stable IT services in a 24/7 workplace.

You will work with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic network issues, with after-hours on-call duties and opportunities to contribute to project delivery
