NVITAFE is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join our People Operations and Business Partnering team in regional Victoria. You will deliver high‑level HR services, manage day‑to‑day tasks independently, and collaborate with HR Partners to support recruitment, onboarding, and lifecycle activities.

You will help create a responsive, up-to-date HR service, identify process improvements and contribute to an inclusive, supportive workplace culture at NVITAFE.
