Restaurant Manager / Supervisor – Jervis Bay

We're looking for a outstanding hospitality person to join our team at Club Jervis Bay. You might be an experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a change, or a strong Supervisor ready for more responsibility. We're flexible on the role because finding the right person matters more to us than their current job title.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage a hospitality team
- Ensure great service standards
- Manage restaurant operations with early finishes (most evenings finished by around 9pm)

- Good with people
- Experienced in hospitality management or supervision
- Take pride in great service
- Enjoy leading a team
- Early finishes: Most evenings finished by around 9pm
- Salary: $70,000–$110,000 + super, depending on experience and responsibilities
