As an eCommerce Coordinator you'll play a key role in keeping our online store looking sharp, running smoothly, and delivering a best-in-class digital experience. You'll help ensure every product, promotion, and piece of content inspires customers and drives results.

What You'll Do

- Maintain and optimise our online store - manage product loading, presentation, and enrichment across the site to ensure content accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO best practice.
- Write and edit engaging, customer-first copy - bring our products to life with clear, inspiring, and on-brand descriptions that help customers find exactly what they're looking for.
- Support marketing and trade campaigns - coordinate promotional updates, assist with landing page content, and ensure campaigns go live seamlessly.
- Champion the customer experience - test and review site performance, check product accuracy, and use insights to continuously improve usability and conversion.

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital merchandising role - ideally within retail or consumer brands.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills to manage product data, content accuracy, and site updates.




- A flair for copywriting - you can turn technical product info into clear, inspiring language that drives conversion.
- Understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles is desired
- Experience with content management systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar).
- A collaborative, proactive approach - you take ownership and thrive in a quick-paced, team-driven environment.
