OneMD is partnering with an established medical device company to recruit an Associate Territory Manager for its spine portfolio in Newcastle.

This is a outstanding opportunity for an allied health professional with an interest in spinal surgery, a strong clinical foundation and a desire to build a career in medical devices.

Working alongside a highly experienced representative, you will receive hands-on mentoring as you develop your product knowledge, theatre confidence and commercial skills. A small, focused Newcastle territory provides the opportunity to learn the portfolio and build relationships with local healthcare professionals.

The opportunity

Support the spine portfolio across a focused Newcastle territory.

Develop relationships with surgeons, theatre teams and hospital stakeholders.

Build your understanding of spinal procedures,



implants and instrumentation.

Learn the clinical support and sales responsibilities of a medical device representative.

About you

You may be a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist or another allied health professional looking to apply your clinical knowledge in a new setting.

You will bring:

A genuine interest in spine and the medical device industry.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A proactive approach and willingness to learn.

The ambition to develop both clinical and commercial expertise.

Previous medical device experience is not essential. Your clinical background, curiosity and commitment to learning will be key.
