IP Australia is seeking Trade Mark Examiners to assess trade mark applications under the Trade Marks Act 1995. No prior IP experience is required as full training is provided when you commence.

Examiners start at TM1 and progress through the program to TM4, with opportunities to liaise with customers, IP professionals and the public to ensure robust IP rights. Applications close on 18 October 2026 to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants.
