Key responsibilities

- End-to-end strata management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata and community schemes
- Preparing for and attending strata committee and general meetings
- Providing advice to owners corporations and committee members
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement
- Managing budgets, quotations, insurance matters and compliance issues
- Management and enforcement of By-Laws
- Responding to owner and resident enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees, owners and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act and associated legislation

About you

- Current NSW Class 1 or Class 2 Strata Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sound knowledge of NSW strata legislation
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
