The Translink Operations Centre (TOC) in Brisbane is seeking a Communications Coordinator to create and deliver real-time customer communications during unplanned disruptions across bus, rail, ferry and light rail services.

In a quick-paced environment, you will monitor live service information, prepare customer updates and support incident response activities to keep Queensland's public transport network moving.
