Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, West Sussex (UK) invites talented engineering students to join the Maintenance Manufacturing Engineering placement year starting July 2027. You will work with our maintenance team to improve machine durability, performance and longevity while exploring digitalization and future technologies.

You should be studying a bachelor’s or integrated master’s degree in Engineering, aiming for a 2:2 or above, and bring structured problem solving.
