Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Storeworker to join our team.
The Storeworker will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the operation of a store, including receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks
Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise
Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and ordering new merchandise as needed
Assist customers with locating merchandise and answering questions
Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
Keep the store clean and organized
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills
