This role is essential to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and timely delivery of goods.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations:Prepare and dispatch shipments accurately and on timeReceive incoming goods and verify their condition and accuracyManage inventory, including new and returned productsIdentify products and maintain strong product knowledgeEnter and maintain accurate data in the inventory management systemForklift Operations:Willingness to obtain a forklift licence (if not already held)Maintain high safety standards and operational competencyTechnical & Systems Skills:Use Microsoft Windows tools for file handling and data transferManage and maintain documentation on MS SharePointCreate labels and format documents using MS WordUse MS Excel for data management and reportingManage communications via MS Outlook and MS TeamsUse logistics platforms (e.g. TNT, FedEx, Mainfreight)Work with warehouse management systems (SAP experience desirable)Communication & Additional Tasks:Use mobile devices for photos, QR scanning, and task recordingUse mobile applications to complete and track assigned tasksWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamIntermediate to high computer literacyPositive attitude and willingness to learnPrevious warehouse experience is desirable What Ingeteam Australia Offers26 weeks of paid parental leave (top-up pay), placing us at the top end of the marketFlexible working arrangementsA supportive, collaborative, and values-driven work environmentOpportunities for training and career developmentEmployee wellbeing initiativesThe opportunity to contribute to a global company leading the energy transitionIf you are looking to build your career in a growing and innovative company, we would love to hear from you.
